Hot & Spicy Beef Stick

Have yet to receive product

I loved the sticks the last time I had them but this order has been a nightmare. I placed an order on 6/28 and received the wrong order on 7/6. I notified the company that day and they said they would fix it. I had to keep reaching out for an answer, no one ever reached out to me. On 7/12, they said they were shipping out my correct order the next day and then nothing. I keep checking in and they keep saying they will get back to me and never do. It has now been 4 weeks since I placed my order and I have no idea if I am going to receive these or not. Unfortunately, I may have to take a next step of action in order to get this resolved since they don’t want to make a commitment to me or follow through, which truly disappoints me.

I had the great fortune of getting a sample of these at the South Beach Wine and Food festival. These are so good! The perfect little snack when you want something tasty but healthy. I would highly recommend them.

Love the flavor of the Hot & Spicy beef sticks. They are that good and tempting. I love that they are kosher, healthy and really a good snack — provided, of course, that I don’t eat more than one in a given sitting. I’m constantly tempted for seconds. I have three flavors in my kitchen. They are all delicious. But the Hot & Spicy takes the cake!!

Been waiting my whole Kosher life for these!
